What's in my Bag | Winter 2013

As it's winter you tend to carry a lot of different things in your bag than what you would normally in say the summer. My bag usually isn't that different it just usually has different scents or accessories depending on the season. So let's have a look...

Winter OOTD

Today I had a rather festive day much like most of my days recently because
ITS NEARLY CHRISTMAS
My favourite time of the year :)

Secret Santa Gift Guide

It's that wonderful time of year again we're it is ALLOWED to spend all your money and go shoppinggg
Recently I've been involved in a couple of secret santa swaps. So I'm going to share with you gift ideas from what I gave and received.

Thanks to anyone who bought me anything or came to celebrate with me ily 

These are the lovely jubbly prezzies I received.

Candles are lovely presents to give however make sure you choose the right scent for the person and if you can't guess what they'd like just ask they'll probaley forget you ever asked when you give it to them lol

Then if you're completely stuck just buy sweets,  chocolate or candy canes I mean who doesn't like a good pig out. 

Then as the gifts that I was giving to people, I bought little bundles of things. I got the ideas from giveaways on Instagram and stuff. So I bought -

A little beanie (and her name actually started with a Y so it was perfect)

Soap and glory hand food 

Soap and glory righteous butter this all came to about £10 which is great for people on a budget

Then I had to buy for a second secret Santa who was coincidently my bestie zoe from That's Zoe www.thatszoeblog.com

So I got her

A pair of topshop frilly socks

Maybeline rocket volume mascara

Almond Cookie yankee candle

And the cherry me baby lips

This all came to around £15 which is a little more than the last one but I think it's okay to spend a little bit more money on your close friends

I hope she liked my present and I hope this gift guide helped

New Look Haul | November 2013

Ordered some new look stuff online recently. Here's what I bought -


First of all was this last minute buy. Which was one of the summery trend crop swing tops. It has a gorgeous floral lace print and was reduce from £11.99 to £4.00 !! Total bargain.

Next was this scarf  I jumped in onto the band wagon and became part of the tartan scarf crew. Can't wait to wear it during the winter and I think it was around £7.99

Then I got this gorgeous royal blue chiffon cami. Which is slightly cropped and an excellent dupe for the topshop camis. This was £9.99 

 

Ohhh I'm so excited about these. I decided to get a pair of disco pants mainly because zoella wore hers with everything haha. But these were the cheapest and most decent pair I could find.

These were about £14.99

Another trend I decide to try was the midi skirt craze. So I got this lovely like blue / black Aztec print number. Thought it might go well with with the blue chiffon cami and it was only £9.99

Defiantly a must have for these coming winter months. Christmas pyjamas of course. These are fleecy robin printed ones, with a cuffed ankle. And were £9.99 

 

Finally I was channelling my inner hipster and decided to get this swaggy beanie ; which is much like the ones you see on tumblr but is widely available and only £6.99

So happy with that :)

I am so pleased with all of my purchases and am glad I saved up my money for it all and didn't blow it all on mac again hahah woops

Elizabeth Arden Haul

My mum was an absolute star today and went out and got me a little surprise present just because. She's so cute 🌸

So first thing is these little green tea perfume samples, and it's quite funny actually , when I was little when ever I would go to the airports I would always go into duty free and smell this. Ah it's so fresh and crisp love it

Next thing is this intensive eight hour hand cream. This cream has the original eight hour cream combined with a rich body butter / lotion I think it will be amazing for the winter and I'm really excited to try it

Lastly is the original eight hour cream. This is my savour its healing power is over the moon and I've heard everyone and their mum talk about this. The only downside is that it's smell is so weird but I think I can over look that bearing in mind what it's doing for my skin

2 sisters

I think I'm going to ombré it at Christmas but haven't dyed it so far

Yeh it was the closest thing to a hangover

Blue / green

I've only ever tried cola I have this weird issue about Pepsi
